Community Forklift is lifting up communities
At our home improvement store, we accept donations of surplus and salvaged building materials, and sell them at very low prices. We are a socially and environmentally responsible business, operated by the nonprofit Sustainable Community Initiatives. Our goals are to encourage community revitalization by making repairs more affordable for low-income folks, homeowners, small businesses, and nonprofits; to create local jobs and economic growth; and to keep reusable items out of the landfill and reduce demand for virgin material.
