Commercial Light Fixtures: $10/$5! We currently have in stock 80 gently used 2'x4' suspended 3-lamp flurescent ceiling lights with parabolic grid reflectors. These run on 277 volts so would not be suitable for use in the regular home, however homeowners take note, we do have several NEW 110v lights also available for sale. The lights are priced at only $10 each, or $5 if you purchase more than 10!!!
Heatilator I80 Woodburning Fireplace: $900 This is a brand-new, complete Woodburning Fireplace, which retails for over $1350. Icon's opening height measures at twenty-eight inches and has a true brick to brick opening width of forty-two inches. Double-Casement Window: $375 Pictured here is a very nice double-casement window, priced at $375—formerly owned by a former US Secretary of Education! It measures 61 ½”x61 ½”.
Argentinian Roofing Slate: $1.30 apiece We have several pallets of roofing slate available for purchase; please bring an appropriate vehicle to haul what you buy on the date of purchase.
Work Table--get organized for spring! - $75 Price reduced!! The work surface on this table measures 4’x2’ and the bench stands at 34” tall. It features two drawers, an extra storage shelf at the bottom, a pegboard, and rack for your small handtools. A nice, sturdy way to organize your work area!
Handcrafted Bookcase with Door-Operated Light: $120 This is a very nice stained pine bookcase with glass doors, in great condition. The bookcase measures 33”wide by 18.5” deep, and stands 4’ tall. It features a door-operated light! It’s located in the high-end area of our warehouse.
Brass Mantelpiece: $250 1950s retro style, measures 77.5"x51" outside, with an inside opening of 64"x44". We also have a large number of other mantelpieces in stock currently--check out our craigslist ad!
Antique Wall Sconces: $140 These beautifully polished wall sconces are from the 1920s/30s. They are solid brass with elegant frosted glass shades, and have been rewired so are ready to install. $140 is for the pair. Located in the display case in our high-end area, please come in to see these and other antiques!
Large Wooden Cross: $275 This cross hung in the First Congregational United Church of Christ at 10th and G Sts NW until they donated it to Community Forklift due to entirely renovating their building. It is made of black walnut with chrome edging. The cross spans a breadth of 6’, stands at a full height of 10’! There are two small ½” holes drilled into top of the cross-arms from which it hangs.
Nice Blue Sink Vanity - $125 This sink vanity features seahorse-shaped door knobs! The unit measures 46" wide, 22" deep, and stands 31" tall. It has a toilet paper holder on the right side now, but a receptacle for it on the left depending on which side will be against the wall. Includes sink, and faucet.
Long sections of PVC 1 1/2 Community Forklift currently has in stock about 10 20' sections of 1.5" PVC pipe, for 200' total. Located behind the shower doors in the back of our warehouse. We sell 1.5" PVC at 25 cents per linear foot, so each section is $5.
